“We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please Him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God.”
Colossians 1:9-10 NIV
I came to Christ as a child, by simple faith in His Word-- I was a sinner in need of a Savior. Having God's unchanging character and Word has been the stability of my life. My value and well being have come to rest more and more consistently on what He says is true, regardless of my circumstances. I'm a firstborn child, a perfectionist, a type-A; so settling into His grace has been more of a growth process than embracing truth, but He has faithfully nurtured this in my soul.
I've been married 18 years, we have a 13 year old daughter, and live in Plano, Texas. I love reading, taking photos, and being out in God's epic creation.
Discipling women, for me, is about being what I have loved other women being for me -- a gracious catalyst for change. I love watching women find their role in God's Kingdom.
1 John 4:19
We love because He first loved us.
Hi! I'm Audrey, a wife and a mother to my 8 year old son. I live in Lewisville, TX and I love to read and travel. My life is a constant testimony of God's grace and faithfulness. He has shown mercy and unconditional love even when I don't deserve it.
To my sisters in Christ, may we always be a source of encouragement and remind each other of God's unwavering love and mercy for us all that is new every morning.
Hi! I'm Cyndi! I trusted Christ at a very early age, but it wasn't until I was in my 20s that I understood what it meant to walk in the Spirit. That led me to join the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ in June of 1974, and it has been my joy to make disciples for almost 50 years.
I have five married children and five beautiful grandchildren. My husband, Carl, and I met in 1978 when we served the Lord on the same Cru team in the Philippines. We married in 1980. Carl passed away seven years ago, giving us 37 wonderful and challenging years to minister as husband and wife.
Currently, I write and edit for communication updates for the division of Cru, where I serve. I also love to mentor women and teach. When I am not doing that, I enjoy creating art, singing worship music, writing, and having people in my home.
My name is Cynthia and I’m from the northeast part of the Philippines. I was an agriculturist by profession, partnering with God in His mission at my workplace. In 1998, I left my job in response to God’s calling to be a full time missionary. My passion is for the young people to know God and help them to become disciples and disciple makers. Hence, I served reaching university students for Christ in Davao City initially, the University of the Philippines in Los Baños for the 7 next years, and in Cambodia from 2014. I just retired as a paid staff of Resources Employment and Community Horizons or REACH.
But there’s no retirement in God’s service, so I continue to serve as a volunteer staff, and by God’s grace, wherever God leads me. I still visit Cambodia and I’m also involved as an officer of a successful Christian cooperative in our region where we address poverty through community transformation using the co-op platform.
I first learned about God inside the home, church, and school. I thought then that I was a Christian because of my religious beliefs and actions. In 2005, I attended a Christian Leadership Course and there I understood what the Lordship of Christ meant. I re-submitted my life to Him. My spiritual eyes were opened. Since then I would go through every Bible study that was available to me.
In 2013, I was introduced to the expository preaching at Grace Community Church in CA, and all the more I was brought to clarity and deeper love for God’s word. Oh, the richness of fully grasping the truth (the word of God- John 17:17) is a true treasure that brings pure joy!
I moved to Dallas in 2021. I love to travel to places in my bucket list. I also love discipling women and sharing with them the truth of God’s Word, so that God’s joy will be in them, and that their joy will be complete. (John 15:11)
My husband, Ronnie, thought he was going to be a priest. I thought I was going to be a nun. But God had a different plan. We came to faith in Christ in the 80s. In 1992, we met at a church and heard about the Great Commission. Our friendship blossomed and our passion to reach people for Christ grew. Serving as full-time missionaries became our dream.
We got married in 1997 and were blessed with three beautiful children, Journey, Harvest, and River; so named to remind us about missions. In 2015, God opened the opportunity for us to serve with Cru as missionaries. I eventually got immersed in Women’s Discipleship which I enjoy immensely. It’s like growing in a beautiful garden where we are nourished in God’s Word and allowed to bloom and bear fruit to be a blessing for one another.

I was born in California and raised in Frisco, TX by loving, Christian parents. I grew up going to church and heard stories about who God is. In 2009, I received the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ and became a Christian. Towards the end of high school, my walk with the Lord deepened as I was challenged to share my faith with my peers.
During college, my world was rocked as I faced an autoimmune disease, emotional instability, and doubts about what life would look like after graduation. God reminded me that nothing can separate us from His love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:38-39). I’m excited to learn more about and enjoy who God is through reading His Word alongside this great group of women.
I hope to be a poultry, sheep, cattle, and pig farmer! In my free time, I like to go on bike rides, watch movies with my family, and create (real and sometimes imaginary) travel itineraries.

Mai is a devoted wife to Ner and a loving mother to Sophie and Nia. She is also a nurse who compassionately tends to hearts and bodies. Originally from California, they attend Countryside Bible Church in Southlake, TX where she serves joyfully in the choir to uplift others and spread the message of faith and love of Jesus Christ.
Mai heard the gospel as a young girl, but it wasn't until later that she fully embraced its transformative power. She loves growing in God’s Word and cherishes every opportunity to share this passion with like-minded women such as our group, where she serves as one of our facilitators.
A homebody at heart, Mai treasures moments spent with her family above all else. Whether reading a good book, sketching in her drawing pad, baking delicious treats in the kitchen, tending to her garden, or even wielding power tools, she finds fulfillment in the simple pleasures of life.
My name is Mary. I am a proud mother of three amazing children. My daughter, Megan, and twin boys, Jacob and Jared, are all graduates of University of Texas-Dallas. Currently, I am a researcher for a Bible company named iBible for the Old and New Testament.
I have worked in the field of teaching for over 10 years. I have served in Bible studies for all ages and worked in private, Classical charter, and public schools. My background in education covers a degree from Texas Woman’s University in teaching and a Master’s Degree from Dallas Baptist University in Global Leadership.
I heard the gospel when I was 15, but it wasn't until I was in my late 20’s that I understood the freedom I have in Christ and His finished work on the cross. I am a sinner saved by grace.
I attended a church in Manila, Christ’s Commission Fellowship (CCF), that taught God's Word well. Studying the Bible deepened my understanding of who God is and what Jesus has done for me on the cross. While the changes in me seem slow, I know He is faithful and He will complete it (Philippians 1:6).
I am married to a God-fearing and God-centered man for more than two decades now. In our ministry, I am the support for my husband when he teaches the Bible. We also disciple young couples. I look forward to seeing how God wants to continue to use me in the expansion of His kingdom.
Resurrection Sunday in 1974 was when I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I was like a sponge absorbing everything new to me. I read the Bible cover to cover. I was thrilled and excited. Anytime there was talk of the Bible, I would be there.
Life went on and my nursing career, dreams, and raising children slowed my spiritual journey, or so I thought. The commitment to God and His Word remained. My cry then was, “Lord, there will be a season for when I can have a full swing at it.”
Thus, the season comes, and with it comes a change. My children are now grown. And here I am, facilitating, discipling women. I never thought they could be in one’s Christian DNA, let alone mine. All I know is I love God. I will do as He bids. The perk? JOY unspeakable and full of glory!
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen. 2 Peter 3:18 ESV
